Essex County Correctional Officers Association

The Essex County Correctional Officers Association was established in July of 1997. The ECCOA represents the Officers and Sergeants of the Essex County Sheriff's Department. The Essex County Sheriff's Department headquarters is located in Middleton, Massachusetts.  Currently the Essex County Correctional Officers Association has members at each of the departments three facilities:  Middleton House of Correction, Lawrence Correctional Alternative Center and the Woman in Transition located in Salisbury.
